幸福の科学の精舎ってどんなところ？ 出家者への一問一答も！【精舎体験レポート】

幸福の科学は、祈願や研修を行う宗教施設である精舎を全国・全世界に展開しています。精舎や正心館（しょうしんかん）（大型の精舎のこと）はとてもキレイな建物なので、目にしたことがある方も多いのではないでしょうか。

精舎は、会員信者でない方も訪れることができます。礼拝堂に参拝し、落ち着いた雰囲気の館内で心安らぐ時間を過ごすことができ、日々の活力を得ることができるため、「信者ではないのですがよく来ています」というリピーターの方も多い、隠れた人気パワースポットとなっています。

今回の記事では、実際に精舎を訪問し、レポートをしてきました。これまでにお問い合わせで寄せられたことのある質問も、出家者への一問一答として直撃してみましたので、ぜひご覧ください。

幸福の科学 東京正心館
アクセス：東京都港区高輪 2-1-17

東京正心館は、泉岳寺駅（都営浅草線・京急本線）から歩いてすぐの場所にあります。まるでギリシャの神殿のような外観が目を引きます。

入り口までは数段の階段と、脇にはスロープもあります。

こちらが入り口です。大きな柱の間にあります。

本日お話をうかがう北村さんが出迎えてくださいました。

館内に入ります。幸福の科学の新刊書籍や、研修や祈願の案内が並んでいました。入ってすぐ左手には受付があります。

1階のホール正面にあるレリーフは、「うるわしき光の国」をテーマに、「四正道（よんしょうどう）」※や「東洋と西洋の文明の融合」など、幸福の科学の教えや信仰観が表現されているのだとか。たくさんの天使と菩薩が描かれているのが見えます。

※四正道とは、人間を幸福にする原理としての「愛・知・反省・発展」の教えです。

見上げると天上画がありました。天上界から降り注ぐ光が表現されています。

受付の皆さんはにこやかで優しい方ばかり。初めて来る方も安心です。

祈願を受ける際に使う祈願書が並んでいます。

幸福の科学には、さまざまな悩みに合わせた、たくさんの祈願があります。どんな祈願を受けたらいいのかというアドバイスも、受付の方にたずねることができます。

経典コーナーには幸福の科学の書籍がずらり。

入り口から入って右に進むと、「法談（ほうだん）コーナー」と呼ばれる歓談スペースがあります。

カウンター席やソファもあり、お茶を飲みながらゆっくりくつろぐことができます。

友人同士でなごやかに話されている方や、読書をされている方など、来館者の皆さんが思い思いに過ごされていて、とてもいい雰囲気です。

そして、法談コーナーの正面には礼拝堂への扉があります。

礼拝堂内の様子を少しだけ……。通常は礼拝堂内は録音や写真撮影は禁止ですが、今回は特別に撮影させていただきました。

東京正心館の礼拝堂には美しい法輪※の御本尊が安置されており、神聖な空気が流れています。礼拝堂に入るとき・出るときは合掌拝礼をしましょう。

※法輪（ほうりん）とは、まるで車輪が回転するように、力強く法（仏の教え）が広がっていくことを意味しています。

こちらは2階にある通路です。

1階から2階にかけて吹き抜けになっているので、レリーフや天井画を間近で眺めることができます。

人生相談を行う部屋のほか、研修を行う「研修室」もあります。

3階には食堂（じきどう）もあります。

来館者の法談処や休憩処として、軽食の取れるスペースです。お昼時には昼食を食べている方もいらっしゃいました。

食堂の一面には見事な壁画が。東西両文明の歴史が描かれた一大絵巻となっています。

実は、館内の装飾一つひとつには意味があり、それぞれに幸福の科学の思想を表しているのだそうです。

館内を見学しながら幸福の科学の教えが理解できるようになっているのですね。

館内の紹介はこのあたりにして、北村さんにお話をうかがいましょう。

1986年生まれ。インターナショナル・パシフィック大学観光ホスピタリティー学科卒業。2009年幸福の科学に奉職。

東京正心館では、祈願や研修、行事などのスケジュール管理のほか、祈願の導師（儀式を執り行う人のこと）などを担当しています。※取材当時

「休日は、主人と一緒に映画を見たり、カフェに行ったり、家で料理を作ったりして過ごしています。ゆっくり過ごすことがいちばんの気分転換です。」

A.はい、どなたでも参拝いただけるようになっています。

実際に、たまたま通りかかって来館される方もいらっしゃいますし、海外旅行者が建物の美しさに惹かれ、美術館だと思って入ってこられることもあります。

館内の装飾をご案内し、幸福の科学の教えについてお伝えすると、海外の方にもとても喜んでいただけます。

精舎は、建物そのものによっても幸福の科学の教えを体現していますから、初めての方もぜひ幸福の科学を体感しに来てくださいね。

A.入館料は必要ございません。神社の境内に入るのと同じようなイメージです。

もし、“お賽銭”のように感謝の気持ちをと思われるのでしたら、お気持ちを奉納袋に納め、各所の奉納箱にお納めください。

A. There is no need for a reservation as long as you visit during the opening hours (9:00 AM to 9:00 PM).

We also accept life consultations at any time, so if you wish to have a life consultation, please let the reception know. Anyone with worries, not just believers, is welcome to reach out.

A. Mainly believers, but also those who wish to calm their minds and relax.

Many people who were interested in Happy Science or came after watching a Happy Science movie visit, and there are also many who come to discuss teachings (talking about the studies of Happy Science) with friends. In the evenings, there are many people coming after work or students, and we often see them studying.

Not only those coming for training or prayers, but there are also many who come without any specific plans.

Just relaxing in this environment of the temple can bring peace to your heart, so as a power spot, we hope you will come when you want to 'gain inspiration' or 'recharge your energy.'

A. During the daytime, there are many mothers with children.

It's fine to bring children, and we would be happy if your child could come too.

A. Common to all temples are a worship hall, training room, prayer room, meditation room, and discussion area.

In addition, each temple has its own personality and charm, waiting for everyone. For example, a temple near the sea may have a terrace where you can enjoy the ocean view, providing a 'relaxation spot' related to the location.

A. You can wear your usual clothes, casual wear is fine.

There are no rules like formal attire or jackets, so your usual clothes are perfectly acceptable.

A. You can come anytime during the opening hours, except on closing days.

On weekends and holidays, seminars and other events are often held in the worship hall.

Also, on days with the number 7 (7th, 17th, 27th), we hold a ceremony to offer gratitude, mainly consisting of a talk by the director and prayers.

A. First, I would like you to visit the worship hall, calm your heart slowly, and enjoy a sense of happiness.

As for things to be careful about, many people come to reflect on their hearts peacefully, so we ask you to refrain from loud voices or noises that disturb the tranquility of other visitors. Especially around the worship hall and the sacred silence space, please be considerate and refrain from speaking. Also, 'unauthorized recording, audio recording, and photography' are prohibited.

A. Of course. If you have any questions about the teachings or activities, feel free to ask the staff in the building anytime.

We also help you think together about what prayers or training you might need. For example, there are several types of prayers for healing, so we provide recommendations based on your symptoms. The temple has staff who are here to support your life.
