Hit by a truck, in a state of unconsciousness

At that time, I was a first-year high school student, riding my bicycle to school as usual. It was when I was crossing the pedestrian crossing. By the time I realized it, a truck was rapidly approaching from the left. I hurriedly tried to dodge to the right—.
I have no memory of what happened next.
Later, I learned that I was hit along with my bicycle and suffered complex fractures in eight places. I fell into a state of unconsciousness due to subarachnoid hemorrhage and brain contusion. When the emergency team arrived, my pupils had dilated, and everyone present thought, 'It's already over.'
Three weeks passed. After wandering between life and death, I finally regained consciousness. When I realized it, I was in excruciating pain all over my body.

Memories of the accident revived

When I suddenly became aware in the hospital, I was looking down at myself lying on the bed from the ceiling. I could see my mother kneeling beside me, calling my name and crying. I went down beside my mother and said, 'I'm here,' while placing my hand on her shoulder. However, my hand slipped right into my mother's shoulder. Moreover, my mother didn't notice me at all. (Wait, am I a transparent person?) I thought. Also, (Even though I'm here, why am I still lying down below?)...
That wasn't all. Right after the accident, I remembered feeling strange when an emergency worker asked me, 'Are you okay!' and I kept saying, 'Yes, I'm okay,' but it seemed like they couldn't hear me.

Money and bankbooks at the bottom of the river... The River of the Afterlife

When I realized it, I was at the edge of a large river. 'This is the River of the Afterlife,' I somehow understood. The color of the river was a clear light blue. I jumped in with a splash! The water level was up to my knees. However, when I looked around, I saw people struggling to cross, submerged up to their necks.
There were about ten people around, all of whom were bent over trying to pick something up. Upon closer inspection, there was money and bankbooks at the bottom of the river... Among them, there was one person who seemed to glide across the surface of the river on one foot. That person was shining all over, and after crossing, a trail of light sparkled behind them. I felt envious, thinking, 'If only I could cross like that.'

Destination: Hell! The Mirror of Reflection

Suddenly, I found myself in a quiet place with a mirror. It wasn't a modern facility like the 'Reflection Theater' in the movie 'The Eternal Law', but when I stood in front of the mirror, everything I had thought and done from the time I was born until that moment as a first-year high school student was being reflected back at me. In the movie 'The Eternal Law', there is a scene where a character is taking care of a sick person and mutters in their heart, 'Hey, I'm doing my best here too...' Just like that, my negative thoughts about my friends and the feelings I had when I lied to my parents were being displayed like a reenactment film. I was turning paler and paler.
(How embarrassing, if I die like this, my destination will not be heaven but hell—)
At that moment, I noticed that the front was shining brightly. When I squinted to see better, it was a golden Buddha statue. For some reason, I instinctively thought that I had to ask this being for help or I would die. 'Please, bring me back to life,' I prayed. However, the Buddha remained calm with eyes closed.

Prayers from this world heard in the afterlife

'Please, I beg you'
It was then. From a distance, I heard a voice like a prayer. It was the voices of my parents and many others praying for me.
'My returning is also the wish of my parents and everyone. If I die like this, I will definitely regret it!'
Later, I heard that while I was unconscious, my parents prayed many times, and the members of the branch open_in_new also prayed for me. 'Please bring me back to life, I beg you!'
I prostrated myself before the Buddha and pleaded. Then the Buddha slowly opened his eyes. And he said, 'I understand,' and encouraged me with the words, 'Do your best.' After that, I felt a rush of consciousness, and when I opened my eyes, I was suddenly overwhelmed by excruciating pain throughout my body. I believe that was the moment when my soul, which had been out of my body, returned to this world.

Living a life that won't cause trouble after death

I went to see the movie 'The Eternal Law' with friends and discussed our impressions. Indeed, the focus was on how to cross the River of the Afterlife. I find myself passionately talking about how one cannot cross the river if they have attachments. By recalling that experience, I can return to the origin of 'Let's live with a transparent heart.' People are beings who will eventually return to the afterlife. Because everyone experiences this, I want to convey this truth to those I meet.

The afterlife is a very fair world. In this world, there can be unfairness. There are people who live honestly, correctly, and diligently but are not rewarded much in this world, while others succeed by clever means. There may be various cases in this world, but the judgments in the afterlife are quite fair.
The world created by God and Buddha never betrays how humans live. If you struggle in this world, you might think, 'I've lost out,' but if that struggle is somewhat correct, you will be rewarded in the afterlife. On the other hand, if you enjoy an easy life and think, 'I succeeded,' but it is not legitimate, you will definitely be made to reflect on it in the afterlife.

The afterlife undoubtedly exists

There is a significant difference in life between those who live accepting this spiritual worldview and those who do not. For those with a spiritual worldview, daily work and life become a learning experience. On the other hand, for those who think, 'I can't believe such a thing,' everything becomes a series of coincidences. They might think, 'I don't know about the afterlife, so it's pointless to think about it,' but in the end, they will face significant consequences later.
From my nearly thirty years of experience, I want to state that 'there is no room for doubt' on this matter.
