Humans tend to approach those they respect.

Many people may have experienced their parents struggling financially during their childhood.
In Japan, after the war, there were many bankruptcies and unemployment, so I believe there were many parents who faced economic hardship. However, when parents talk about it to their children, those struggles likely turn into a kind of beautiful story.
And if thoughts like, 'Dad and Mom struggled because they went bankrupt multiple times. You can't live life without hardships,' are ingrained in a child's mind by the age of 20, the more they respect their parents, the more they tend to follow in their footsteps.
Children unconsciously imitate their parents. While experiences of poverty can be valuable, if they are overly romanticized and ingrained in children, they will repeat the same patterns.
We must be careful about such things. (Omitted) During childhood, children are strongly influenced by their parents, but at some point, that influence must be removed.
If they are good parents, it is fine to respect them and imitate them.
However, there are parts of parents that should be respected and parts that should not. When you realize the parts of your parents that should not be respected, you should not respect those parts but instead replace them with someone you should respect and think, 'I want to be like that person.'
Many people have succeeded financially and contributed to society. Among such people, if you respect someone who suits you and continue to think, 'I want to be like this person,' you will gradually resonate with them and become similar to them.
Humans approach those they respect. It is important to respect successful people because you are drawn to those you admire.

When you become poor in your heart, it becomes reality.

When you have a poverty mentality, you will also become poor in reality. When you become poor in your heart, it becomes reality.
People who feel guilty about having money let it slip through their fingers. Therefore, even if money occasionally comes in, they cannot hold onto it and end up scattering it all.
Everyone has a range of amounts they can hold. Some people are timid and can only hold up to 100,000 yen. If they hold more, they worry, 'What if I get robbed? What if I drop it somewhere? What if I get involved in gambling?' There are people who absolutely cannot hold more than 2,000 yen in their wallets.
Alternatively, some people think, 'It is dangerous to have savings above a certain amount because I might get involved in speculative activities.'
In this way, some people feel anxious or guilty about holding more than a certain amount of money, and such people cannot accumulate wealth.
Not only do they fail to accumulate money, but some people only feel secure when they are in the negative. There are a percentage of people who feel secure only when they have debt, thinking, 'I can't die until I pay this money back,' and they work using their debt as leverage.
Before phenomena appear, thoughts always come first, so please check your thoughts first. Economic aspects clearly reflect a person's mental tendencies.
Firmly engrave in your heart that 'wealth is never a sin.'

I have three pieces of advice for people with a debt mentality or poverty mentality.
The first is to acquire practicality and make efforts to live practically.
In any case, if you do not live a practical life and accumulate wealth, you will never become rich. Do not try to spend more than the amount that comes in, and instead of spending all the money that comes in, save a little at a time while enjoying wealth. First, it is important to live a practical life.
The second is to try to innovate in your work.
Think, 'Is there a way to innovate more? Is there a new discovery? Is there a way to earn a little more income? Is there a place where I can utilize myself more?' and always do not neglect innovation and research.
The third concerns the mentality issue. To resolve and overcome the mentality of spiritual poverty, the character that prefers suffering, and the character that desperately wants to be chased by debt collectors, you must firmly engrave in your heart that 'wealth is never a sin.'
Live within your income and allocate part of your income to savings.

Looking at modern life, modern people tend to prioritize consumption.
They buy things in advance, aiming for money that will come in the future. This is likely a situation where desire outweighs reason. Trying to acquire things in advance based on expected bonuses can be called a hellish economy.
Moreover, salespeople and merchants endorse this hellish economy, saying, 'It's fine to pay with bonuses, so why not buy?' or 'It's fine to pay in installments, so why not buy?' And thus, a debt-first economy progresses.
However, in economics, the principle is still to live within your income. No, it is a heavenly life to allocate a certain portion of your income to savings and wealth accumulation.
This principle does not change even as times change. Regardless of what economic mechanisms are advancing now, it remains unchanged. This is because the very act of 'saving' and 'setting aside funds for the future' actually creates mental ease.
When debt takes precedence, even if someone explains to you how convenient it is economically, or if you hear that 'it is effective for tax savings,' the reality is that there is negative money there, and you are essentially mortgaging your future labor.
This leads to increasing anxiety about the future. Anxiety about your future health and work ability grows. As a result, you will end up working as if you are constantly being chased. While there are people in the world who say, 'I can't work without leveraging debt,' such a mindset will never lead to great success.
Therefore, I want to tell not only housewives but also husbands. Live within your income and allocate part of your income to savings. The idea of 'taking from the future to be frugal and save in the present' actually holds great potential for development.
No one has become wealthy without accumulating wealth. Those who do not have the concept of wealth accumulation will spend all their income, no matter how much they earn. As a result, they will ultimately have no money left.
(From 'Work and Love' )
Have a utopian plan that corresponds to your wealth.

People who feel guilty about having money will inevitably become poor.
Such people, when they earn too much money, think, 'There is no way I can live a proper life like this. This must be a mistake,' and in the process, they may cause accidents and ultimately lose the money they gained. Even if money accumulates, they cannot hold onto it for long.
To prevent this, it is necessary to have a utopian plan that corresponds to your wealth.
If you become rich, you should hold in your heart the picture of wanting to spend money on such things.
If you only think about the small economy of a family with a couple and children, you will end up in a small place.
However, if you think, "If I become richer, I want to develop like this," and you have a clear picture in your mind of how to use it and are convinced of it, then it will not be unnatural for money to accumulate.
If you keep in mind to do "work that helps people," the economy will surely improve.

Regarding economic issues, there is no need to think too deeply about specific individual matters.
If you always keep in mind to do work that is helpful to society, your economic situation will improve no matter what workplace you are in.
And when you can no longer fully utilize your abilities and talents in the company you are currently in, a new opportunity will surely open up. That is how the world works.
Those who see will definitely see. If you do work that helps people, there will surely be someone who will reach out and pull you up at the right time to give you a bigger job.
