Are you okay? I think both your mind and body are in pain and suffering.
First, please read the words written here.
They will surely heal your heart.
Please don't push yourself too hard, and think first about protecting your precious life.

I have selected the necessary prescriptions for healing fatigue from the teachings of President Ryuho Okawa.

Live a better life, not a perfect life

The important thing is not to live a perfect life, but to live a better life. You must remind yourself of this.

I am not recommending that you do 'careless studying' or 'careless work'.

When I say, 'You don't have to live perfectly. You don't have to be perfect,' some people may take it lightly and think, 'Work doesn't have to be perfect either.' And then they might implement that at work the next day, resulting in being scolded by their boss and feeling the urge to 'commit suicide.' Therefore, I want to clarify that I am not recommending 'careless studying or work.'

However, if there are people who are very hard on themselves spiritually and mentally suffering every night without sleep, I want to say, 'You should not seek only a perfect self.'

It's okay to have an 80% mindset; just survive. It is important to choose a better life, not a perfect life, a life without flaws, or a life without wounds.

Everyone aims to spiritually evolve towards the Buddha and gods, but you are not them. As long as you live in this world, you will accumulate failures every day and live in suffering. Therefore, you should aim to live better.

You must understand that 'humans are the children of the Buddha, but at the same time, they live imperfectly and clumsily in this world.' You must acknowledge that you are living clumsily.

Being that kind of person is permitted because you are training your soul and learning in the school of the soul, so I believe it is important to endure and have a forgiving heart.

Knowing to give yourself moderate breaks is also a form of wisdom

I think the most common specific cause of a slump is overwork. Therefore, when you feel like you might fall into a slump, consider 'how long can I last with my current physical strength, mental strength, and intellect?' and review your action plan and schedule for a week or a month ahead.

As a result, if you think, 'This is definitely too much,' there is no choice but to incorporate moderate breaks. When you think, 'Given my current condition, this schedule is a bit risky,' it is important to preemptively include moderate breaks.

Sometimes you may have to work without sleep or rest, but to continue doing good work for a long time, it is essential to take moderate breaks. You can make up for the time taken off on another day.

It is better to land once, refuel, check the aircraft, and take off again rather than flying low and wobbling close to the ground.

Please understand that 'giving yourself moderate breaks is also a form of wisdom.'

Live a life of preparation

Many of the modern person's troubles actually stem from physical and mental fatigue.

If there were no fatigue, 80% of worries would disappear. I believe that most worries are made up of fatigue. If that is the case, preventing fatigue has a very significant power in preventing worries.

To prevent fatigue, you need to devise ways to avoid getting tired. For that, do not try to solve big problems all at once, but break them down into smaller parts and tackle them. Also, it is important to rest sufficiently before getting completely exhausted. 'Resting well' is crucial.

Many people become mentally stingy and cannot take care of themselves to rest. Such people push themselves to the limit. However, 'once you reach a certain point, it is the secret to longevity and the key to continuing to work for a long time to rest your body early and often.'

Moreover, for busy people who have work that must be done, it is necessary to devise ways to prioritize their work. While it is important to give your all to every task, that is not a sustainable method. It is also important to focus your energy on the most important tasks and lightly handle those that are not as critical.

In short, it is about 'how to create leeway.' There are countless ways to create leeway if you think about it. What underlies this is the intention to prepare in advance. It boils down to 'living a life of preparation.'
