Meditation is trending among businessmen and office workers. Behind this trend is the need to 'work hard while wanting to keep a calm mind and do inspiring work.'

In fact, those who work busily need meditation even more. If you engage in meditation correctly, you can maintain a calm mind as if sitting in Zen while working in a competitive society, and achieve miraculous success through inspiration. This is part of 'modern enlightenment,' and we at Happiness Science are helping to realize it.

Meditation is gaining attention as a relaxation technique, but that is just the 'entrance.' Beyond that lies the experience of 'being enveloped in happiness and being able to perceive various events positively' and 'receiving inspiration for problem-solving from the spiritual world.'

To have such experiences, it is important to cleanse negative emotions like anger and jealousy and fill your heart with gratitude to keep it pure. Stretch by rotating your shoulders and neck or stretching your back. It's effective to loosen your body before breathing exercises!

1. Regulate your breathing

The basis of meditation is breathing. Try deep breathing using your abdomen while counting your inhalations and exhalations (aim for 10 times). As you continue deep breathing with your abdomen, your mind will settle, and spiritual power will enter.

2. Cleanse your mind

To remove your negative emotions, first check for negative words. The emotions behind the words are the source of the dirt.

Behind such sarcasm might be feelings of resentment or bitterness like, 'I'm trying hard even though I want to take a break.'

◆ 'I'm no good anyway...'

Behind such pessimism might be a desire for someone to deny self-deprecating statements and recognize and evaluate them.

◆ 'That person is flattering to raise their own evaluation.'

Behind such gossip might be a feeling like, 'I want to be recognized as superior to the other person.'

Inject positive thoughts into negative emotions.

For negative emotions, let's express the opposite positive thoughts. For example, if you find jealousy, try expressing feelings or words of blessing towards the other person instead.

3. Imagine

Strongly imagine, 'I am a golden orb spiritually.' This enhances self-trust and boosts resistance to illness. Imaging has power and gradually materializes. However, imaging based on self-centered thoughts invites evil spirits, so pre-cleaning your mind is essential!
