The practice of faith and love produces virtuous politics.

The love of politicians is to realize God's wish for the 'happiness of the people.'

In a democracy, the state regards humans as the 'end.' 'Humans themselves are the end, not a means.'

On the other hand, in a totalitarian state, humans are a 'means.' A totalitarian state tries to use many people to achieve something.

In a democracy, it is not so. Ultimately, what matters for humans is 'how to become happy, what kind of self-realization can be achieved, and how to grow by gaining freedom.' Those who aim for that are the real ones.

What we should aim for is 'virtue-based democracy' aligned with God's heart.

To conclude, if I were to say one more thing, the political direction that Japan should take from now on, and the direction that Japanese politicians should take, I believe is 'virtue-based democracy.' While utilizing the goodness of democracy, it is necessary for politicians to emerge who teach and guide people with virtue.

What is virtue in politicians? Simply put, it is having a heart of love, possessing knowledge as a politician, being able to reflect, and being able to develop the nation. In other words, a politician who practices the four right paths of 'love, knowledge, reflection, and development' is a virtuous politician. Furthermore, as the members of the Happy Science community engrave in their hearts daily, a politician who can pursue 'the exploration of the righteous heart' should be the leader of Japan.

What is the righteous heart? It is the heart of God. Those who are to be political leaders in Japan should study religion, learn its spirit, and seek the heart of God to govern the people.

A 'virtuous person' is someone who can love as many people as possible.

Do not forget that 'being a politician is a profession very close to God.'

Currently, there are many citizens in Japan who are afflicted by materialism and atheism, but good politicians ultimately work with a feeling of praying to God or Buddha, having nothing else to rely on. The higher the position, the more this is the case. Politicians must work in place of God or Buddha.

Therefore, I would like politicians to engage in the practice of 'meditating, listening to the voices of heavenly gods and high spirits in silence, and seeing the visions they show.' I believe that religious activities will not negatively impact their profession. The person at the top as a politician must be someone close to God.

In other words, it means 'one must be a virtuous person.' A 'virtuous person' is someone who has the capacity to love as many people as possible.

Let the trained 'virtuous person' become the driving force of development.

What is virtue? It is the wisdom to cultivate oneself. Having the wisdom to train oneself well, polish oneself well, and create for others is what I think 'having virtue' means.

It is essential for this virtuous person to become the leading force in developing society.

Therefore, if we are to think about how to shape the future, it means 'not letting the spirit of capitalism die and improving the future.' This means that 'society should be operated in such a way that those who can create wealth also become moral leaders for the people.'

It should not be that false idols are created through false reporting and brainwashing, like in North Korea or China. It is important that 'those who guide people with truth and truthful words are in positions of leadership, and they can teach a certain degree of that wealth to the people and point them in the right direction.'

The accumulation of love second by second continues to change the world.

To be born in this Japan or on this Earth in the same era means 'as beings living together in the same era, to polish each other's souls and seek a higher spiritual state.'

The first step for that is the practice of love.

The word 'love' may have an unclear and abstract resonance, but from the moment a person wakes up in the morning, they are faced with the choice of 'whether to become a person who gives love to others or a person who takes love from others.'

That choice accumulates second by second, forming a day. And those days accumulate, shaping the entire life over a long period of twenty thousand to thirty thousand days. (Omitted)

If you practice daily activities of 'loving and making people happy' with your feet, hands, mouth, and eyes, the world will continue to change every day, every week, every month, and every year.

Moreover, this activity must not simply end with the small goal of 'saving Japan.' Our goal is to point to the future of the world. It is our ultimate goal to show the people of the world the path they should take. While the Liberal Democratic Party, the Democratic Party, and other parties may be engaged in commendable activities, our aspirations far exceed those.

I want to be the source that leads people to happiness for a thousand or two thousand years into the future.

I want to be the origin of love for that.

I want to be the starting point of enlightenment for that.

I want to be the driving force of courage for that.

That is what Happy Science aims for, and it is also what I, who founded the Happiness Realization Party, sincerely wish for.

The words have already been spoken. Whether you believe that the words I speak come from the multidimensional universe, the higher-dimensional universe, or the world of gods and Buddhas depends on each of your hearts.

The Happiness Realization Party was created to establish a pillar of faith in politics and aim for the realization of true happiness that leads to the elevation of the soul.

In the summer 2022 House of Councillors election, the Happiness Realization Party has fielded 12 candidates in total, including 1 in the nationwide proportional representation and 11 in electoral districts.
