I think it is very painful to be judged as having a mental disorder.
However, if you can learn how to protect yourself from evil spirits, you can live your life proactively.
And, please live relying on the truth of Buddhism.

I have selected a prescription for the mind to lighten the suffering of life caused by mental disorders from the teachings of President Ryuho Okawa.

Schizophrenia is usually caused by 'spiritual influences'

The disease called 'schizophrenia' is just a name given by doctors who do not understand it well. Usually, it is caused by spiritual influences. The issue is 'how much can you control the spiritual influences yourself,' and it varies from person to person.

When you attend the training of Happy Science, some people become spiritually sensitive and start hearing voices of spirits or their bodies move on their own, but what matters is 'how well you can control yourself afterward.'

If evil spirits are coming, you must not be led to what the evil spirits desire, so conversely, you must firmly engage in 'self-creation.' Then, it is good to continue with self-improvement activities that allow you to confirm your own progress.

Dissociative disorder with no memory of what one has done

Suddenly, one might try taking a lot of sleeping pills, setting fire to their house, jumping from high places, or crashing into cars.

In such cases, strange accidents or incidents may occur, and the person may be under spiritual influence.

And, when such things happen, there are often moments when the person's consciousness is absent. This is medically referred to as 'dissociative disorder,' and they have no memory of what they did.

For example, there may be times when there is no memory of having cut one's wrist, but in such cases, it is possible that 'during that time, the person's soul left the body, and another being entered the body and did it.'

Also, shoplifting can be done impulsively, and there are quite a few people who have no memory of it at that time. Even when caught and pointed out for shoplifting, the person insists, 'I have no memory of that at all,' and sometimes that is true. In fact, at the moment of shoplifting, another soul may have entered.

For example, a person who committed robbery or theft in their lifetime and is still wandering the earth after death may possess someone with the intention of 'making them do the same things as in their lifetime, drawing them into their group, and making them suffer.'

Multiple personality disorder occurs when a possessing spirit expels the person's soul

Among multiple personality individuals, there are indeed many possessing spirits. The spirit that possesses expels the person's soul and takes over, resulting in a completely different personality. However, since possessing spirits cannot stay for long, when the person's mood changes, they leave, and at that time, something else may enter. Thus, multiple souls may come and go, like five or ten.

In this way, multiple personalities are often caused by possessing spirits. Sometimes the person's guardian spirit may enter, but in most cases, the person's spiritual power is weak, and their soul is expelled, allowing other entities to enter one after another. It is like an empty house, and being possessed by other spirits is what constitutes multiple personality disorder.

Firmly hold onto truth knowledge and protect yourself from the influence of evil spirits

It is important to protect yourself so that evil spirits do not enter your body.

It is essential to be properly connected to the organization through faith and, as much as possible, receive warm encouragement from those around you while firmly holding onto your own self and placing a 'weight' on yourself.

Usually, the teaching is to 'let go of the ego and become selfless,' but for someone like you, it is more important to 'firmly hold onto your own self.'

To avoid making yourself an 'empty bag,' it is important to fill yourself with thoughts like 'I think this way' or 'I believe this is the right way to think.'

One of the necessary things to fill yourself is the 'knowledge of the truth of Buddhism' that can be obtained from the books I publish.

Additionally, worldly knowledge and information are also part of the content. I think there are worldly perspectives like 'this is strange' or 'this is correct,' and it is important to be able to make such judgments properly to some extent. Being too swayed by spiritual matters can be dangerous.
