[Victory for the Happy Science Group] Judgment in the damages lawsuit against Hiroshi

Due to a series of slanderous remarks by Hiroshi on YouTube and in magazines, which resulted in the inability to release the DVD of the film starring him, 'Daybreak', and the unauthorized transfer of music equipment by him, New Star Production Co., Ltd. filed a lawsuit seeking damages (filed on September 10, 2019). On August 24, 2023, the Tokyo District Court ruled that the defendant, Hiroshi, must pay 170,000 yen in damages to New Star Production Co., Ltd.

With this judgment, the Happy Science Group has achieved nine consecutive victories in lawsuits against Hiroshi (including district court, high court, and provisional injunctions against street demonstrations).
