[Victory for the Happy Science Group Maintained] High Court Ruling on Damages Lawsuit Against Hiroshi

Due to a series of slanders by Hiroshi on YouTube and in magazines, which resulted in the inability to release the DVD of the movie 'Daybreak' in which he appeared, and the unauthorized transfer of music equipment by him, New Star Production Co., Ltd. filed a lawsuit seeking damages (filed on September 10, 2019). On March 21, 2024, the Tokyo High Court upheld the district court's ruling (victory for the Happy Science Group) and ordered the defendant, Hiroshi, to pay 170,000 yen in damages to New Star Production Co., Ltd.
