[Complete Victory for Happy Science in High Court] All of Hiroshi's Claims Dismissed

On June 19, 2024, in the appeal trial of the lawsuit filed by Hiroshi Okawa claiming infringement of his emotional honor and freedom of religion against the content of our organization's book, the Tokyo High Court delivered a verdict of complete victory for Happy Science, dismissing all of Hiroshi's claims, just as in the first trial.

This case, concerning the content of the book 'Practical Guide to Fighting the Devil's Logic - Exorcism Training -', was filed by Hiroshi, who declared it the 'main case' among multiple lawsuits against our organization.

In this High Court ruling, the content of the book was deemed not to constitute 'infringement of emotional honor, infringement of freedom of religion, or defamation', and all of Hiroshi's claims were dismissed, just as in the first trial.

Hiroshi, who repeatedly loses lawsuits, should accept this and other repeated defeats and sincerely reflect on his thoughts and actions.
