[Victory for the Happy Science Group Confirmed] The ruling on the damages lawsuit against Mr. Hiroshi has been finalized

Due to a series of slanderous remarks by Mr. Hiroshi Okawa on YouTube and in magazines, the release of the DVD for the movie 'Farewell, Youth, Yet Youth.' in which he appeared, was halted, and because he had transferred music equipment without permission, New Star Production Co., Ltd. filed a lawsuit seeking damages (filed on September 10, 2019). On October 29, 2024, the Supreme Court's decision finalized the ruling ordering Mr. Hiroshi, the defendant, to pay 170,000 yen in damages to New Star Production Co., Ltd. (Victory for the Happy Science Group).
