[Complete Victory for Happy Science Confirmed] Mr. Hiroshi Yasuhiro Abandons Appeal to Supreme Court

In the lawsuit where Mr. Hiroshi Yasuhiro claimed defamation of his honor and violation of religious freedom against the content of our organization's book, no appeal to the Supreme Court was made by Mr. Yasuhiro by the appeal deadline (July 5, 2024), and the complete victory for Happy Science (High Court ruling) has been confirmed.

This case, regarding the content of the book 'Practical Guide to Fighting the Devil's Logic - Exorcism Training -' open_in_new, was filed by Mr. Yasuhiro and was declared by him as the 'main case' among multiple lawsuits with our organization.

In the High Court ruling, the content of the book was deemed not to constitute defamation of honor, violation of religious freedom, or defamation, and as in the first trial, all of Mr. Yasuhiro's claims were dismissed.

Mr. Yasuhiro, who repeatedly loses lawsuits, should accept this and other repeated defeats, and sincerely reflect on his thoughts and actions.
