[Victory for Happy Science] Regarding the court ruling on copyright infringement of the old cover of Mr. Hiroshi's book (published by Gentosha)

Our organization filed a lawsuit with the Tokyo District Court on June 7, 2024, seeking to prohibit the online publication of the old cover portrait illustration of Mr. Hiroshi's book (published by Gentosha), claiming it infringed on our organization's copyright. On August 1, 2024, the Tokyo District Court ruled in favor of our organization, recognizing that the portrait illustration on the old cover of Mr. Hiroshi's book (published by Gentosha) infringed on our organization's copyright and ordered the prohibition of its publication, resulting in a complete victory for our organization.

We believe that Mr. Hiroshi, who repeatedly loses lawsuits, should accept this and other repeated defeats and sincerely reflect on his thoughts and actions.
