[Complete Victory for Happy Science Confirmed] Hiroshi Abandons Appeal to Supreme Court

In the lawsuit where Hiroshi Okawa claimed defamation of his honor and violation of religious freedom against the content of Happy Science’s book, no appeal to the Supreme Court was made by Hiroshi by the appeal deadline (July 5, 2024), and the complete victory for Happy Science (High Court ruling) has become final and binding.

When Hiroshi filed a lawsuit regarding the content of the book, Practical Guide to Fighting Against the Devil's Logic - Exorcism Training -, he declared the case as a shoo-in among multiple lawsuits with Happy Science.

In the High Court ruling, the content of the book was not deemed to constitute defamation of honor, violation of religious freedom, or defamation, and as in the first trial, all of Hiroshi's claims were dismissed.

Hiroshi, who has repeatedly suffered defeat in lawsuits, should also accept this court decision and sincerely reflect on his thoughts and actions.
